Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored. Not selling the house. Created a nonprofit for transitional veterans. Assist with the paperwork to get benefits, like housing.  My shower fell apart, the sliding door, fell, unable to use the bathroom. I just closed the door, and never go in. No skills to repair, would rather, have a walk in bath instead. I have plumbing issues, bathtub in other bathroom, plugged up, and the sink as well.

2 home warranty companies, lied and did not fix any of the problems. Waiting for the next one to kick in next month. 

Taking classes online, the folks that have real estate license, do not stay in touch, nor keep their word.

So working on getting license to buy for myself, and look for the despair folks, that are losing or have lost their houses. 

Now have to go to class. Need to eat  lunch first. Later.
